Christmas at Disney’s Hollywood Studios 2019
Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida is simply beautiful during Christmas time. We talked about how we loved the Christmas decorations at Hollywood Studios here. And now we want to share it you with our video we made of our recent Hollywood Studios visit!
Here is some of what you will see in this video:
Hollywood Boulevard
You see holiday decorations right away when you get to the park at Hollywood Boulevard. I really love all the decorations here. They look great at daytime. But they perhaps look even more special at night with the lights out. You can decide for yourself when you like the decorations (day or night) by watching the entire video. You’ll be able to see it during the day at the beginning and at night at the end!
There are also some great holiday projections on Grauman’s Chinese Theatre which you will see in the video.
Echo Lake
There is a gorgeous Christmas tree in the center of Echo Lake that you will see in this video. There are also beautiful ornaments in the lake that light up at night. All the decorations around Echo Lake are gorgeous, too. You definitely see that in this video.
Sunset Seasons Greetings
The best holiday experience at Hollywood Studios takes place on Sunset Boulevard. That is Sunset Seasons Greetings. This is where you get to see amazing holiday projections on the Tower of Terror. There are also great laser effects, which you can see in the video. And you get to see Disney stories featuring popular characters. You’ll see Woody & Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, the Swedish chef, Kermit & Miss Piggy from the Muppets, Olaf & Sven from Frozen, etc. And the holiday music they play is great, too.
My family really likes this part. In fact, we like to get pizza from Catalina Eddie’s because the seating is outdoors. And we can watch the projections and Disney stories from our seat while we eat our pizza. The pizza there is delicious, by the way. That’s why it made our list of the best pizza in Disney World. Weather permitting, I think your family will enjoy this experience, too.
Toy Story Land
Another part of Hollywood Studios you’re going to want to visit is Toy Story Land. There are Christmas lights hanging up throughout the park. It looks really neat when you ride the Slinky Dog Dash Roller Coaster. You can also get meet & greet with Disney characters in their holiday outfits. Characters you can meet include Woody, Jessie, Bo Peep, and Buzz Lightyear.
