The state of Florida is home to some delicious ingredients and flavorful cuisine.

And you can celebrate this at the Flavors of Florida 2023 event at Disney Springs!

Flavors of Florida runs from July 1 to August 13, 2023. And during this time, many of the restaurants and dining locations at Disney Springs will add special Flavors of Florida menu items. These are great food and drink options inspired by and highlighting ingredients from Florida. So if you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation during Flavors of Florida, you should consider including Disney Springs in your travel itinerary!

Today, we’re going to go over these special menu options you can find at Disney Springs. And we’ll also share information about a series of culinary demonstrations that will also be taking place at Disney Springs during this summer event.

Flavors of Florida Food & Drink Menus

Let’s take a look at the delectable food and drink menu items offered at the following Disney Springs restaurants. The restaurants are grouped by their location in the Disney Springs complex.


Dockside Margaritas

  • Frozen Orange Daiquiri – Cointreau liqueur, vanilla ice cream, Siesta Key Silver rum and orange juice, with an orange wedge garnish

Rainforest Cafe at Disney Springs Marketplace

  • Malibu Combo – Jerk-seasoned mahi mahi topped with pineapple-and-red-onion salsa, presented with Caribbean rice, Caribbean coconut shrimp, and a coconut rum sauce
  • Sailfish Brewing Sunrise City IPA –  West Coast-style IPA brewed with Mosaic, Columbus and Amarillo hops, with notes of bitter citrus and a smooth finish

The Spice & Tea Exchange

  • Florida Sunshine Tea – Rejuvenating hot or iced tea with citrus and floral flavors

Sunshine Churros

  • Orange County Creamsicle – Churro covered in orange sugar and embellished with orange and white toppings and cream cheese frosting

Swirls on the Water featuring DOLE Whip

  • Orange Bird Sundae – Orange DOLE Whip in a vanilla waffle bow, adorned with green sprinkles, whipped cream, and an Orange Bird decoration made of chocolate


  • Blackened Tuna – Tuna seared rare and presented over cilantro-lime rice, with a side of avocado, mango and heirloom cherry tomato salad
  • Oyster City Mangrove Pale Ale – Classic pale ale with mild hops and a malty body, fermented in mangos

Amorette’s Patisserie

  • Orange Bird Dome Cake – Layers of Grand Marnier simple syrup, mandarin orange cream, vanilla chiffon, white chocolate crisp pearls, and mandarin pâte de fruit (available at Amorette’s Patisserie Cake Decorating Experience and for pre-orders)
  • Orange Cream Puff – Choux pastry, with orange craquelin filled with honey orange gel and orange curd
  • Strawberry Spritzer – A special take on the French 75, made with strawberry puree, and presented in a Flavors of Florida CORKCICLE

Chicken Guy!

  • Sunshine Shake – A blend of fresh Florida orange juice and hand-spun vanilla soft serve, with a fresh whipped cream garnish

Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Beverage Bar

  • Orange Cream Float – A combination of vanilla ice cream, Coca-Cola, and an orange cream bar, served in a souvenir novelty cup

D-Luxe Burger

  • Lime Garage Burger – Deluxe patty with pork belly, fried green tomato, and pepper jack cheese on top, accompanied by a jalapeno, lime and avocado spread
  • Orange Bird Milkshake – Artisanal shake consisting of vanilla gelato and orange, with sprinkles on top

Frontera Cocina

  • Agave Maria – Ilegal Mezcal Joven, orange liqueur, clarified lemon juice and Tromba Tequila Blanco
  • Orange Shrimp Cocktail – Hibiscus-citrus avocado salsa, Florida pink shrimp, lime, cilantro, jicama, red onions and cucumber, served with tortilla chips

The Polite Pig

  • Key West Pink Shrimp Ceviche – Shishito peppers, shrimp, local tomato vinaigrette, smoked melon and a drizzle of hot honey

The Landing


  • Pan-Roasted Golden Tilefish – Citrus escabeche served with cilantro aioli and coconut ginger rice

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

  • Florida Crush Cocktail – Strawberries and oranges (iconic crops of Florida) muddled with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and complemented with a dash of fresh orange juice and agave syrup
  • Key West Shrimp Cocktail – Perfectly seasoned shrimp, tossed with mango, avocado, a house-made cocktail sauce, and cucumber, and served with homemade buttermilk crackers

The Edison

  • Sunny Disposition – Aromatic Florida orange liqueur, Florida cane vodka from St. Augustine, fruity fraise de bois, refreshing Lillet Blanc, and local fruits (such as Plant City strawberries, navel oranges, Indian River grapefruit and Minneola tangelos

Enzo’s Hideaway/Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante

  • Creamsicle Coppa – Vanilla gelato (made in-house) served with whipped cream, orange sorbet and white chocolate crunchy pearls
  • Key West Pink Shrimp Risotto – creating a wonderful blend of Italian and local Florida flavors, with succulent Key West pink shrimp, sweet corn, fine Italian vialone nano rice, pecorino Romano, herbs and rich guanciale

The Ganachery

  • Honey Lavender Square – Ganache square enhanced with lavender and honey, coated with dark chocolate
  • Key Lime Pop – White chocolate combined with fresh lime zest and key lime juice, covered with dark chocolate

Gideon’s Bakehouse

  • Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie – Vanilla bean cookie dough infused with Florida key lime juice, and then covered with special key lime pie crumbs and premium chocolate chips
  • Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew (AKA Stuart’s Cold Brew) – A refreshing dessert coffee, created using Florida oranges, rich dark chocolate, maple syrup and locally roasted beans

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

  • Florida Mule – Orange juice, ginger beer, simple syrup and Florida cane vodka
  • Florida Shrimp Tacos – Watermelon-and-avocado pico de gallo, jalapeno and Florida jerk-marinated Gulf shrimp, presented on a corn tortilla with a lime
  • Jock’s Citrus Old Fashioned – A classic cocktail enhanced by a Florida summer twist

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company at The Landing

  • Buzzin’ Honey Latte – A combination of milk, vanilla syrup, honey and espresso, with cold foam and a limited-time ripple print on top

Morimoto Asia

  • “Banh Gan” Orange Blossom Crème Caramel – Vietnamese crème caramel, Florida style, featuring candied zest, sweet cream and orange segments
  • Cedar Key Clams “Chow Fun” – A local spin on a Cantonese dish, with Chinese black bean sauce, fresh Cedar Key clams, garlic chives and flat rice noodles
  • Orenji Dreamsicle – A cocktail that combines the flavors of Japan and Florida, created with Absolut Vanilia and orange juice, Calpico, orgeat, Cointreau and citrus-infused Haku vodka


  • Key Lime Pie – With torched meringue and graham cracker crust

  • Pizza Diavola – A sweet and spicy dish that incorporates local Orlando petal honey, chili and Salame Calabrese

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant

  • Florida Fresh Poke Bowl – Grilled chicken, carrots, mandarin oranges, cucumber, tempura crunch, fluffy rice, avocado and crisp lettuce, with a savory roasted sesame sauce on top

    • Because registration is not required, make sure to get there early as seating is first come, first served (you can enter Disney Springs starting at 9:00 AM and park starting at 8:30 AM)

Boats run between the resorts and Disney Springs. There’s also a walking path between Saratoga Springs and Disney Springs.

You can also stay at one of the Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels. They aren’t owned by Walt Disney World but they are all within walking distance of Disney Springs.
