The state of Florida is home to some delicious ingredients and flavorful cuisine.

And you can celebrate this at the Flavors of Florida 2023 event at Disney Springs!

Flavors of Florida runs from July 1 to August 13, 2023. And during this time, many of the restaurants and dining locations at Disney Springs will add special Flavors of Florida menu items. These are great food and drink options inspired by and highlighting ingredients from Florida. So if you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation during Flavors of Florida, you should consider including Disney Springs in your travel itinerary!

Today, we’re going to go over these special menu options you can find at Disney Springs. And we’ll also share information about a series of culinary demonstrations that will also be taking place at Disney Springs during this summer event.

Flavors of Florida Food & Drink Menus

Let’s take a look at the delectable food and drink menu items offered at the following Disney Springs restaurants. The restaurants are grouped by their location in the Disney Springs complex.

Marketplace

Dockside Margaritas

  • Frozen Orange Daiquiri – Cointreau liqueur, vanilla ice cream, Siesta Key Silver rum and orange juice, with an orange wedge garnish

Rainforest Cafe at Disney Springs Marketplace

  • Malibu Combo – Jerk-seasoned mahi mahi topped with pineapple-and-red-onion salsa, presented with Caribbean rice, Caribbean coconut shrimp, and a coconut rum sauce
  • Sailfish Brewing Sunrise City IPA –  West Coast-style IPA brewed with Mosaic, Columbus and Amarillo hops, with notes of bitter citrus and a smooth finish

The Spice & Tea Exchange

  • Florida Sunshine Tea – Rejuvenating hot or iced tea with citrus and floral flavors

Sunshine Churros

  • Orange County Creamsicle – Churro covered in orange sugar and embellished with orange and white toppings and cream cheese frosting

Swirls on the Water featuring DOLE Whip

  • Orange Bird Sundae – Orange DOLE Whip in a vanilla waffle bow, adorned with green sprinkles, whipped cream, and an Orange Bird decoration made of chocolate

T-REX

  • Blackened Tuna – Tuna seared rare and presented over cilantro-lime rice, with a side of avocado, mango and heirloom cherry tomato salad
  • Oyster City Mangrove Pale Ale – Classic pale ale with mild hops and a malty body, fermented in mangos

Amorette’s Patisserie

  • Orange Bird Dome Cake – Layers of Grand Marnier simple syrup, mandarin orange cream, vanilla chiffon, white chocolate crisp pearls, and mandarin pâte de fruit (available at Amorette’s Patisserie Cake Decorating Experience and for pre-orders)
  • Orange Cream Puff – Choux pastry, with orange craquelin filled with honey orange gel and orange curd
  • Strawberry Spritzer – A special take on the French 75, made with strawberry puree, and presented in a Flavors of Florida CORKCICLE

  • Sunshine Shake – A blend of fresh Florida orange juice and hand-spun vanilla soft serve, with a fresh whipped cream garnish

  • Orange Cream Float – A combination of vanilla ice cream, Coca-Cola, and an orange cream bar, served in a souvenir novelty cup

D-Luxe Burger

  • Lime Garage Burger – Deluxe patty with pork belly, fried green tomato, and pepper jack cheese on top, accompanied by a jalapeno, lime and avocado spread
  • Orange Bird Milkshake – Artisanal shake consisting of vanilla gelato and orange, with sprinkles on top

  • Agave Maria – Ilegal Mezcal Joven, orange liqueur, clarified lemon juice and Tromba Tequila Blanco

Boats run between the resorts and Disney Springs. There’s also a walking path between Saratoga Springs and Disney Springs.

Other Disney Springs Hotels

You can also stay at one of the Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels. They aren’t owned by Walt Disney World but they are all within walking distance of Disney Springs.
