We’re going to take a look at the different dining package options and where you can use them.

Hong Kong Disneyland Dining Packages

Inside the Park

If you’re looking at eating inside the theme park, options include:

  • Lunch OR Dinner and a Snack
  • Lunch AND Dinner and a Snack
  • Child’s Meal
  • Plaza Inn Meal

The lunch/dinner meals (not including the Plaza Inn meal) must be priced at HKD130 or below (otherwise, you must pay the price difference at the park).

For the lunch or dinner option, you’ll get a combo meal with drink. Items from promotional menus, vegetarian meals, and kid’s combos are not included.

For the lunch and dinner option, you get a meal and a soft drink. Promotional menus, vegetarian meals, and kids’s combos are excluded. You’ll need to have your lunch before 4:00 pm, and dinner sometime between 4:30 pm and 30 minutes before the park closes.

The snack consists of either a 32 oz popcorn or 1 frozen lollipop. You can get your snack from an Outdoor Vending Cart.

Not counting the meal at Plaza Inn (more about that later), there are a number of excellent restaurants where you can choose to have lunch or dinner. (Note that this selection is subject to change, and it is possible that not all restaurants will be open on the date of your visit.)

Clopin’s Festival of Foods

This restaurant, which was inspired by the Festival of Fools from Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame, can be found in Fantasyland. You can enjoy delicious food from China, such as Guangdong BBQ, noodles and wok-fried dishes.

Comet Cafe

At Comet Cafe, you can enjoy Hong Kong favorites like wok-fried specialties and noodles as well as barbeque. You’ll find this spaceship-themed open-air restaurant in Tomorrowland.

Explorer’s Club

The Explorer’s Club Restaurant at Mystic Point was built by Lord Henry Mystic (or so the backstory goes!). Lord Mystic was a member of the renowned Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.) and traveled all over the world. He built the restaurant for his fellow club members and to honor some of their favorite places. That’s why there are 5 rooms, each themed to a different country: China, India, Russia, Morocco and Egypt.

As for the cuisine, you can choose from 4 different food stations with dishes from India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.

Royal Banquet Hall

As the name may suggest, this is a majestic restaurant in Fantasyland. And it’s air-conditioned, which can definitely be a plus on warmer days!

The decor inside tells the tales of some beloved Disney Princesses, like Belle, Mulan, Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Ariel.

You can choose your meal from 4 different food stations: Grill (offering American classics), Japan, Guang Dong and International.

Starliner Diner

Choose between indoor, air-conditioned seating and an outdoor patio at this Tomorrowland restaurant. And you can enjoy American-style fast food selections like fried chicken wings, premium beef burger with cheese, fried chicken basket and fish nuggets.

Tahitian Terrace

Dine among tikis at this tropical themed restaurant in Adventureland. Menu options include Curry Style specialties like Malaysia beef curry with rice, red curry braised lamb shank with rice, and Mild Green Curry Beef Rice Noodle Soup.

Plaza Inn

This dining location is NOT included with the regular lunch and dinner meal vouchers. Instead, you can purchase a dining package specific to the Plaza Inn, which is a beautiful restaurant on Main Street USA with Victorian theming.

Here’s what the set menu at the Cha Cha Room at Plaza Inn includes:

  • Two assortments of siu mei
  • Barbecued pork puff pastries, Baked egg tart, Steamed pork and shrimp dumpling with scallop
  • Braised beef noodles in soup OR Shrimp wonton noodles
  • Chilled sago cream with mango purée, pomelo

The tea charge, pre-meal snacks charge and 10% service charge are also included.

Outside the Park

During your stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, you might choose to dine at one of the hotels. Luckily, there are a couple of meal package options that let you do just that! Both take place at restaurants at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.

Walt’s Cafe Tea Set

Enjoy Walt’s Cafe Afternoon Tea for 2 people. This includes freshly-baked Mickey scones, hot and cold savories, assorted desserts, and tea tower.

At Walt’s Cafe, you are surrounded by genteel Victorian decor, including ornate antique chandeliers. And you can take in views of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel gardens and the South China Sea as you enjoy your afternoon tea (served from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm).

Crystal Lotus Dim Sum Lunch

This package includes a lunch set for one person as well as the tea, condiments, and service charge. For your main course, you must choose from the menu board. Promotional menu items, kids combos, and vegetarian meals are excluded. Please note that while each package is for 1 person, you must make a minimum of 2 packages per booking.

Crystal Lotus is an elegant restaurant that has a modern decor inspired by the 5 basic elements (earth, fire, water, wood, and metal). There’s also a lotus motif that is repeated throughout the restaurant.

Both Inside & Outside the Park

Are you wanting to dine both inside the park and at a hotel?

There’s a dining package for you!

You can choose a Park Lunch Combo Meal + Park Snack + Hotel Dinner option.

This includes 1 voucher for a combo meal (up to HK$130) at one of the restaurants included in the lunch and dinner vouchers previously mentioned (Clopin’s Festival of Foods, Comet Cafe, Explorer’s Club, Royal Banquet Hall, Starliner Diner and Tahitian Terrace).

And like those deals, this package includes a snack of a frozen lollipop or popcorn at an Outdoor Vending Cart in the park.
