Much of the Lord of the Rings was filmed around Queenstown. You can take a tour to see where the Fortress of Isengarel, Lothlorien and Forest of Amon Hen were filmed.
You can also take a Shark Boat Thrill Ride or visit the Kiwi Birdlife Park. Go river rafting, horseback riding, or go on a cruise.
