Jollywood Nights is a nighttime, after-hours event held at Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. It debuted last year, and my family loved every minute of it. It was a wonderful mix of live entertainment, unique fun, character meet & greets, and even a Nightmare Before Christmas sing-a-long. And if you want to experience Jollywood Nights for yourself this year, then you can do it at a discounted price!
You just need to purchase your Jollywood Nights tickets here. That way, you can save $8 per person. Depending on how large your group is, the savings really do add up!
If you’d like to know more about what you can expect at Jollywood Nights, then check out our Jollywood Nights Guide. It gives you a great overview of entertainment, food, dates, times, etc. You can also learn about the Jollywood Nights food options here.
But we’ll also answer some quick questions here that you might have about Jollywood Nights.
Is Jollywood Nights for Kids?
If you heard of Jollywood Nights last year but did not attend, then you might have noticed it was often advertised as being an event for adults. But having attended, I can definitely tell you that Jollywood Nights is a great event to go to if you have kids.
First of all, this is Disney World. So it’s not like you’re going to have to worry that you’ll sit down for a show and it will have super inappropriate content.
But more than that, there is a lot of fun entertainment kids can enjoy. Disney Holidays in Hollywood is my favorite show at the event. It features Kermit, Miss Piggy, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse, and they are a delight for all ages. Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime special effect show delights all ages. Slinky Dog Dash is open during the event. And while some of the character appearances cater to us adults as it features characters from the TV shows we grew up with (such as Rescue Rangers Chip ‘n’ Dale, Baloo and King Louie from Talespin, and Phineas and Ferb), there is still Santa Stitch. What kid doesn’t love Santa Stitch?
Is Jollywood Nights Sold Out?
Luckily, not yet! But these Disney after-hours event sell out quickly. And you don’t want to plan your trip and go to purchase your ticket only to find out they’ve sold out. So we suggest buying these discounted tickets ASAP!
Is Jollywood Nights Worth It?
Now if you’ve checked out the discounted tickets, you will notice that even with the savings, Jollywood Nights is a bit expensive. You have to purchase this on top of regular day admission to Disney World. You may wonder if it is worth it.
And while this answer can depend on personal taste for everyone, I can say for my family, yes, Jollywood Nights is absolutely worth it. We had a wonderful time there. The entertainment was great, the mood was immaculate, and the food and drink were delicious and fun. I have been looking forward to going back all year.
