The lower mainland has a new, beautiful winter lights experience this year. This light art experience will be lighting up Rose Park in Squamish, British Columbia. So the dark winter nights will instead be colorful and beautiful.
Art installations and lights will tell stories in this innovative experience. It is part winter festival, part light festival, and part art exhibition. So it is sort of like the best of all worlds! Highlights include a 60-foot tunnel of lights, an enchanted forest, and a tree of life.
When you are not enjoying the beautiful holiday lights outside at Rose Park, you can warm up in the Adventure Centre. You can enjoy warm drinks and snacks right by the propane firepits there. You can also shop at their store.
This event takes place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. It starts on 23 November 2023 and runs through 10 December 2023.
And if you want to meet Santa, then you should visit on a Friday night. Because rumour has it he will be there on Friday nights for pictures!
And if you want to save money on tickets, then keep reading to find out how to get discounted tickets.
I’m sure you’d love a coupon code to help you save money on this experience, but an even better way to save money would be an automatic discount. That way, you don’t have to bother typing a coupon code or promo code.
While the Adventure Centre is fully wheelchair accessible, unfortunately the walk through the grassy park does have uneven surfaces plus potentially snow and mud. On that note, strollers are allowed, but if there is snow it may be not be appropriate to use a stroller.
Given when this experience takes place, make sure you wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear to have a comfortable (and warm) time.
