Pumpkins After Dark is a popular Canadian award-winning outdoor Halloween event. It is a unique walk-through experience with over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins. So at the heart of the event is of course the pumpkins. Seeing all the hand-carved pumpkins lit up against the night sky can be very breathtaking. The first time I saw an experience like this, I was blown away.
And they go beyond just having jack-o-lanterns. There are pumpkin sculptures and displays. You’ll see these displays make up Halloween characters (like witches, spiders, evil clowns, and skeletons), dragons, the Eiffel Tower, movie characters, and even pop culture icons.
