You’ll have a roaring good time at Jurassic Quest, a prehistoric themed immersive event. Walk through the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods and see over 100 life sized animatronic dinosaurs.
Jurassic Quest is coming to the Dayton Convention Center on February 25, 26 and 27, 2022. It is the world’s largest and most popular dinosaur experience.
You can walk among the dinosaurs at your own pace. See the towering Tyrannosaurus Rex. Marvel at the Spinosaurus which was the largest predatory dinosaur to ever walk the planet. Watch these prehistoric creatures come to life, moving and roaring. They are thrilling, but not scary at all.
Each dinosaur has an animatronic frame. Layers of foam were placed over the frame. Motors inside the dinosaurs make them move. The dinosaurs can turn their heads, swing their tails and some can walk.
Every dinosaur took months to create. They were painstakingly made in collaboration with leading paleontologists. The dinosaurs are incredibly realistic and are true in size and detail.
Jurassic Quest has a “Triceratots” which is a soft play area for children under three years old. There are dinosaur bounce houses and dinosaur obstacle courses. Kids can find out how it feels to ride one of these enormous creatures. There are stationary dinosaur rides and walking dinosaur rides.
There is a toddler petting zoo where toddlers can pet, play and sit on baby dinosaur figures. Kids can enjoy Dino Scooters and Jurassic Jeeps. There’s a Craft Station and a Coloring Station. Dino designs for face painting can be had by the young and the young at heart.
You’ll enjoy the Walking Dinosaur Show. These mischievous dinosaurs love to interact with and nibble on guests.
The Baby Dinosaur Show is a favorite. Meet Tyson the Tyrannosaurus Rex and Cammie the Camarasaurus. Play with these amazing life like little creatures.
Let a dinosaur expert take you on an Exhibit Tour. Hear all about the dinosaurs from scientific findings to fun facts. Watch some entertaining and educational films at the Dino Cinema. At the Excavation Station, you can chip away and uncover a real fossil. Use the Green Screen Photography to get a photo of your family being chased by a Tyrannosaurus Rex of riding on a Brontosaurus.
