The Great American Lobster Fest is the Midwest’s largest lobster and seafood festival. That party is coming to Chicago’s Navy Pier on September 5 and 6, 2026, from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Festival Hours
- September 5, Saturday – 1 pm to 10 pm
- September 6, Sunday – 1 pm to 8 pm
Seafood lovers come together for a weekend festival filled with delicious, fresh lobster, live music and beautiful views from Navy Pier! Lots and lots of lobsters will be flown in from the cold waters of the East Coast.
Lobsters + Libations + Live Music = One Fabulous Festival!
The Lobster Meal is a 1.25 pound whole lobster, expertly prepared and served with corn on the cob, potatoes, butter, lemon, and a dinner roll. It includes a drink ticket which gives you choices from margaritas to domestic beer.
The Lobster Meal Ticket doesn’t include food or drinks from other vendors. BBQ, additional lobster entrees, vegetarian meals and desserts will be available for purchase a la carte.
The main stage at the Navy Pier will come alive with music throughout the festival.
It will be a full blown summer music experience on Chicago Navy Pier. Performances will include Chicago’s top blues bands, regional and touring acts and reggae and Caribbean vibes.
The Chicago Air & Water Show takes place over the same weekend and you’ll see fighter jets and aerial acrobats overhead on Saturday and Sunday until 3 pm. There will be fireworks on Saturday night at 10 pm.
