SUMMIT One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan blends incredible NYC views with art installations. Find out how to save money on a ticket with a coupon.

This experience take place at the the One Vanderbilt skyscraper, which is Midtown Manhattan’s tallest commercial skyscraper. It more specifically takes place on this skyscraper’s top three floors (levels 91–93). So you are literally not going to get better views in Midtown Manhattan than on the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt observation deck. You’ll get 360-degree views of the New York City skyline.
And that’s not all. You’ll get to feel like you are levitating in the air at incredible heights. That is because there are two glass ledges suspended 91 floors over Madison Avenue. So this is not just an ordinary observation deck.
Especially because of the artwork involved. There are five immersive art spaces designed by artists Kenzo Digital and Yayoi Kusama. These art spaces are set against one of the most incredible backdrops imaginable, the NYC skyline. This makes for wonderful photo opportunities.
When you’re not enjoy the views or the art, you can stop by the onsite Après food and cocktail cafe. So visiting here can make for a great time. The experience is even conveniently located right next to Grand Central Terminal!
A few things to note, however, about this experience:
- Because of the mirror flooring, footwear that could cause damage to the flooring such as Stiletto heels, cleats, and work boots are not permitted
- Also because of the mirror flooring, it is recommend you wear pants, shorts, or tights
- Your ticket is for a specific time and if you arrive 20 minutes after your entry time, you could be charged a late fee. So make sure you are on time!
- Kids under the age of 6 can get in free of admission; they won’t need a ticket
