Savor the fruits of the sea at the second annual Long Beach Seafood Festival. It’s coming to Shoreline Aquatic Park to the side of the lighthouse in Long Beach. The Park offers stunning views of the ocean and the Queen Mary.
It’s all about the seafood! The Festival celebrates Southern California’s seafood and unique recipes from local chefs as well as the finest restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County.
This family friendly outdoor event will feature a cooking demonstration by Celebrity Chef Shaun O’Neal, Season 7 Winner of Food Network’s original television show Master Chef. Food vendors will be offering their signature seafood dishes for purchase plus a mini $5 seafood sample.
Lobster lovers will be delighted with the many different dishes they can find at the Festival. Enjoy Cajun style crawfish and shrimp by Bayou Circle. The sweetest sweet tooth will be excited by the amazing dessert options that will be available.
You’ll find an extensive selection of the finest craft beer and draft beers on tap. Wine lovers will also be pleased with their selection. Be sure to come hungry, thirsty and be prepared to have fun!
There will be live bands playing 80s and 90s jams. A DJ will be spinning the hits until the sun goes down. You can use the entire park as your dance floor.
Face painting will be available for both the kids and the adults. Play life size yard games, including Connect 4 and Giant Jenga. There will be a strolling magician/mentalist who will astound you. Enjoy swag giveaways.
Seafood vendors will be joined by other food vendors. Merchandise vendors will be there as well to make for a great shopping experience.
