If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World, then you should consider staying at a Disney Springs hotel, such as DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando Disney Springs Area.  There’s never been a better time to stay at an official Disney Springs hotel.  Disney Springs hotels now have some of the same benefits that official Disney hotels do.

You are now allowed to book a Disney fastpass 60 days in advance, which is the same amount of time as if you were staying at a Disney World hotel.  This can help you skip the lines to some of the more popular Disney rides, such as the rides in Pandora: Land of Avatar in the Animal Kingdom theme park, the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride in the Magic Kingdom theme park or the Frozen ride in the EPCOT theme park.  You also now get access to extra magic hours, which means you can stay at the parks later or get to the parks earlier and that also gets you shorter lines.  You also get advanced tee times and discounts at 4 nearby Championship golf courses.  And one of the negatives of Disney Springs hotels in the past for me was that you had to pay extra for parking, but now that you have to pay extra for parking for Disney World hotels anyway, the Disney Springs hotels can be a more affordable option.

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando Disney Springs Area is a great Disney Springs hotel you could stay in.  It’s the only all-suite Disney Springs resort area hotel, which gives you and your family more room during your stay, and means you can stay in your own separate bedroom while your kids could take the queen-sized sofa bed.  The hotel also has a pool, whirlpool, splash pad, tennis court & fitness center.  The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the Walt Disney World theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom) and water parks (Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon), and you can walk to Disney Springs, where you can enjoy great shopping, entertainment & restaurants – and during the holiday season, you can enjoy the Christmas Tree trail!

And the hotel has different packages & special offer that help you save money.  You can book a package where you and your family can get free breakfast, which really helps you save money because dining in the parks can get expensive!  You can also get discounts if you are a Florida or Georgia resident, a senior, an AARP member, a AAA or CAA member, or if you or a family member is an active or retired member of the military.  And if you book a long weekend (where you stay at least Friday, Saturday & Sunday night), you can get 50% off Sunday nights!  So when you make your Disney vacation plans, keep this hotel in mind!
