The 3rd annual Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival is returning to Atlantis Paradise Island on March 12 to 16, 2025. The festival has assembled all star culinary talents and celebrities, including

- Kids can don pink and blue chef hat and aprons and learn to create treats from the Barbie Bake cookbook.

- 6 pm – Wine Down Wednesday:
- With stunning views of Nassau Harbour and the ocean, enjoy pours of fine wines and Bahamian bites
- Price: $200 per person
- 7 pm – Opening Night Swirl Party:
- Indulge in unlimited food and wine and enjoy music from a live DJ
- Price: $150 per person
Thursday, March 13th
- 2 pm – Master Class & Lunch with Michael White:
- Michelin recognized Italian chef teaching expert level pasta making techniques
- Price: $250 per person
- 6 pm – Sparkles at Sunset:
- Enjoy pours of champagne varietals perfectly paired with savory and sweet
- Price: $200 per person
- 7:30 pm – Early Entry Pass Taco & Tequila:
- Talent: Michael Symon, Michael White and Baha Men
There will be an outdoor walk around tasting of many different tacos.

Friday, March 14th

- Enjoy a curated picnic by celebrity chef Katie Lee with delightful gourmet treats. There will be a Q&A session and live jazz.

- 6:30 pm – Wine Dinner with Robert Irvine:
- A limited edition dinner with curated wine pairings. Chef Irvine shares culinary expertise and insights

Saturday, March 15th
- 2 pm – The Art Of Sushi Master Class with Nobu Matsuhisa:
- Join a group of just 10 people for a hands-on Master Class in the art of sushi in the acclaimed Nobu restaurant at Atlantis
- Price: $400 per person
- 2 pm – Cake & Ice Cream Social:
- Wind your way through sweets and treats, including a make-your-own sundae bar, during this family-friendly dessert-fueled social
- Price: $100 per adult, $50 per kid
- 4:30 pm – Sundance Cocktail Clinic with Tony Abou-Ganim
- Join Tony Abou-Ganim at the Sea Glass to experience his cocktail shaking magic paired with curated bites and more.
- Price: $75 per person – Ages 19+
- 7 pm – Wine Dinner with Andrew Zimmern:
- Emmy and James Beard Award-winning chef and TV personality Andrew Zimmern will create a multi-course menu you’ll never forget
- Price: $350 per person
- 7:30 pm Jerk Jam with J.J. Johnson, Kardea Brown and Shaggy
This Bahamian inspired event will highlight the most flavorful grilled jerk meats and seafood. There will be live cooking demonstrations, music, entertainment and hand crafted cocktails. The grilled food will be paired with classic sides, desserts, beer, wine and cocktails. Dance the night away to upbeat music. The event will end with a special concert by Shaggy!

Sunday, March 16th
- 11 am – Gospel Brunch:
- The buffet features appetizers, desserts, a seafood bar, charcuterie, artisan pastries, and family-style main course served at your table with unlimited Mimosas and Bloody Marys. This will be hosted by Kandea Brown
- Price: $200 per person
- 6 pm – Carmen’s Sunday Supper
- This will be an intimate dining event with only 30 guests. Enjoy an extravagant family style feast featuring top secret, never seen before, creations.
