Williamsburg, Virginia is a wonderful travel destination with lots of fun thing to do and places to see.
But it is also a great place to go if you are a foodie. There are a lot of great restaurants in Williamsburg.
So we want to tell you about some of our favorites. We’ll break it up by experience and/or meals.
Colonial Williamsburg Dining
A big reason people love visiting Williamsburg is visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It is a wonderful way to not just learn about American history, but truly experience it in an immersive atmosphere.
One onsite restaurant we really love is Chowning’s Tavern. It is a great way to stay in the immersive experience and eat delicious food. You can read our full Chowning’s Tavern review here.

If you are looking for something a little less pricey, head over to the Art Museums of Williamsburg and try Museum Cafe, which we review here.
