The state of Florida is home to some delicious ingredients and flavorful cuisine. And you can celebrate this at the Flavors of Florida 2025 event at Disney Springs! Today, we’re going to go over what to expect at this fun summer event.

Flavors of Florida runs from June 27 to August 10, 2025. And during this time, many of the restaurants and dining locations at Disney Springs will add special Flavors of Florida menu items. These are great food and drink options inspired by and highlighting ingredients from Florida. So if you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation during Flavors of Florida, you should consider including Disney Springs in your travel itinerary!

Flavors of Florida Food & Drink Menus

Over 90 Florida-inspired menu items will be available at more than 45 locations at Disney Springs.

In the past, that has included dishes like the Tampa-Style Cuban Sandwich, Rock Shrimp Sloppy Joe, Key Lime Pie Shake, Mojo-Citrus Gunthorp Carnitas Tlayuda, Sweet Potato Spice Cake, Florida Strawberry Cheesecake, and more.

The menu for 2025 has not yet been released. But we do know that a couple of favorites from last year will return:

  • St. Augustine Datil Pepper Fritas (from The Daily Poutine) – Poutine dish featuring crispy pork, Florida hearts of palm slaw, datil pepper sauce, and beer cheese made with Sunshine Stroll Orange Pilsner
  • Orange Bird Cone (from Swirls on the Water) – DOLE Whip Orange in an orange cone, with an Orange Bird garnish and orange crisp pearls on top

Pairing Events

Last year marked the introduction of Pairing Events to the festival. These special experiences are dinners that pair Florida inspired flavors with cocktail, beer and wine selections. Last year, that included:

  • Key West Pink Shrimp and Corn Hushpuppies with handcrafted cocktails at The Edison
  • Fried Chicken & Donuts with a Southern Mary at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
  • Braised Short Ribs with Paddlefish Red Blend at Paddlefish
  • Grilled Scallop Ceviche with a Florida Frojito at Wine Bar George
  • Jerk Chicken Empanadas with Daytona Dirty Blonde at City Works Eatery & Pour House

Please note that advance registration and payment is required for the Pairing Events.

You’ll have opportunities to see demonstrations from a number of experts.

Like the Pairing Events, you’ll need to register in advance. But unlike the Pairing Events, the demonstrations are free!

This takes place on select Fridays. Last year, they were held at 9:30 AM at Waterview Park, but the specific schedule for this year has not yet been announced.

Want to stay near the action? Staying at a Disney Springs area hotel makes it very convenient to visit Flavors of Florida.

Disney World Resorts at Disney Springs

The official Walt Disney World hotels in the Disney Springs area are:

Boats run between the resorts and Disney Springs. There’s also a walking path between Saratoga Springs and Disney Springs.

Other Disney Springs Hotels

You can also stay at one of the Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels. They aren’t owned by Walt Disney World but they are all within walking distance of Disney Springs.
