If you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida, you may be wondering if you can buy Genie Plus in advance.

The answer is yes… but only through June 7!

You see, starting on June 8, Disney World is changing the way you can purchase Disney Genie Plus. At that point, everyone will have to buy it on the day of your visit.

And Disney World has mentioned that this is subject to availability, which means it is possible that Disney Genie Plus (also known as Genie+) could sell out on the day you want to buy it.

There’s also the possibility that Disney could raise the price of Genie Plus, or start using dynamic pricing like Universal Studios does for its Express Pass – this would mean that on busier days, it would be more expensive.

All of this means it’s important to buy your Disney World tickets between now and June 7! That is the last chance to buy tickets that already come with Disney Genie Plus included at its current price.

We recommend buying your tickets through Undercover Tourist – you can save up to $80 per ticket, depending on what type of ticket you buy. Just make sure you choose a ticket that includes “Disney Genie+”. This will give you Genie Plus for each day you visit the parks.

What’s Genie Plus?

Should I Buy Genie Plus in Advance?

To recap, buying Disney Genie Plus in advance is ideal for three reasons:

  1. You can make sure you have it – no worrying about availability or it selling out
  2. You don’t have to take the time & trouble to keep buying it every day during your trip
  3. The price might go up, so buying now would lock in the current price
